Puerto Niza restaurant, Benajarafe, Spain

If you are looking for a restaurant with first class food and service, and with fabulous views of the sea, you would be hard pushed to better Puerto Niza. The restaurant is friendly and the food delicious. One word of advice when ordering a sweet, ask for their own puddings and not the ice-creams that you could buy anywhere. You will be presented with a good selection from their own kitchen and will be given a work of art that looks so good you are almost tempted not to touch, and just sit and admire.

The restaurant will not accept dogs inside, but will willingly serve you on the terrace. You even have two swimming pools to choose from if you need to burn off a few calories after a good meal or work up an appetite before eating. This restaurant is very popular with Spanish people, but you will find that it is popular with other nationalities who been more adventurous in seeking out a good place to eat.

I would like just like to mention that a branch of the Royal British Legion – RBL Benajarafe – hold regular social meetings, with optional lunch, at the Puerto Niza restaurant every Friday at 12.30pm.

You can visit their website “www.rblbenajarafe.com” for more details on their varied and fun social events; both RBL members and non-members are welcome.
